The program enables you to save up to 10 percent of the total order cost through reduced trim waste. It also allows you to reduce inventory by nearly 80 percent and streamline operations by staging materials directly to press. Total savings? Up to 15 percent of your total purchasing cost.
Ready Width™
Low-volume products at standard widths and lengths currently not included in the EXACT program are available through our Ready Width program. By giving you an alternative to buying full master rolls, the Ready Width program lets you eliminate the cost of excess materials while also providing another option in your material-selection process.
One Roll Unique Service (ORUS)
Create prototypes and try new Avery Dennison product combinations with reduced up-front costs and less waste with our ORUS service. ORUS makes business development easier and less expensive by enabling you to order a single roll of any of our one-meter products—existing construction and custom solutions alike. Through ORUS, single rolls are available at widths of 200, 250 or 333 millimeters, with a length of 1,000 linear meters. In addition to giving you the flexibility to test new ideas and business opportunities without taking on new inventory, ORUS also enables you to reduce handling, transport and associated CO2 emissions.
